I have now found all the details that I needed to make a decision on the new provider, and so ordered the service from the most likely candidate, as they advised that if I was not happy within a week I could cancel and get a full refund - that seemed like an ideal situation - apart from the timing of it being over Christmas, so I was unsure whether or not they would take that in to account in regards ot the 7 days policy!
I headed to Phuong's place again and placed the order, and got to work with setting up the server, though I hit a brick wall as I did need a basic system in place initially, and that required a ticket to be raised, so once I had sorted out the initial order, I did more work on the old box sorting out back ups and tidying up.
