Today is the second (and last) day of my advanced open water course. The three dives to compelte are Deep Dive, Fish ID, and Underwater Photography.
I was a little nervous about the deep dive, as some friends on Facebook had mentioned they experienced Nitrogen Narcosis. As the rule for multi dive days is that the deepest dive is first, this meant I was to go to 30m on the first dive.
The boat headed to the far side of Gaya island for today's dives, and the views of Gunung Kinabalu were great!

Worms, puffer fish. Big shoal of yellow fusilier fishes
Lots of coral
At lunch we reviewed the photos together, and I was given tips about how to make them work better, as well as reminded about lighting - even though we were close to the equator and the lunch time sun was pretty much directly overhead, I still had to be aware of where the sun was for the shots.
Armed with this review we headed back for the last dive of the day.
