Nafi had told me last night that he wanted to get some photos of Masjid Putra Jaya, but despite me waking up late, I was unabl to rouse him to accompany me on my trip there today.
I made it to the bus station for around 12, and got the 12.40 bus, arriving at the immigration office for 13.45
It was crowded again, and so it took almost an hour to get a ticket for the queue to be processed!
After another 40 minutes waiting I finally handed the referal letter and fresh photocopies of my documents and originals, for about 15.20
After another hour had passed I was called up to the payment counter to make payment, but then the person checked and saw I didn't have anything to pay so was sent back to sit down for another 20 minutes, when I at last got my passport back. It had a full page visa on it with exit date marked as 4th of September. This meant that I was able to proceed with my idea of going to the Philippines via Borneo!
I reached the bus stop at around 16.50 this time, and again the first bus was full so I had to wait again, finally arriving back at Pasar Seni for 18.44h. After all the uncertainty, I decided to treat myself to Nasi Goreng Daging Merah (Fried Rice with Red Beef).
