Kim and I rented a motorbike today and headed to Juara. Our plan was to y and find a cheap boat to the Asah waterfall, the place that Tioman Island is famous for. We established that it was j ust as expensive from this side of the Island as from the other, and even more difficult to find a boat in the first place! I went for a swim for an hour or so, then we had lunch, and went further along the beach to see what we could find.
We bumped in to Ilke who was staying there, and then made our way back to Tekek. We bought some whiskey at the duty free, and then tried to give the bike back, but it turned out the place was closed by the time we made it, so we left it at the entrance to the walk way, and then walked the rest of the way back to SPBC.
We shared the whiskey on Kim's porch and I played guitar ad we tried to work out new tunes. Kim sung along, and I'm not afraid to tell you all, his singing was awful!
